Starting today, we’ve rolled out the first of many new features to hit DBStract in coming weeks, now, when creating or editing a table, you can enter your phone number and we will send you a quick text message whenever someone fills out your form.

This handy feature is powered using the twilio.com SMS gateway, and works beautifully.
I know things have been quiet lately, but we’ve been hard at work on the next big update for DBStract.
Over the next month of two, you will see a brand new DBStract launched, which will completely rewrite how you use the site now.

Report Summaries are now on online.
When you create or edit a report, you can now choose to have it display a summary count at the bottom of the report.
Today, we are preparing to turn on our new smart routing system.
With this system you can create rules to send you emails when certain conditions are met.
For example, have it email a specific person in your company when ever a question is asked about a certain product.
There are unlimited possibilities for this feature and can open lots of new opportunities.

We are hard at work on the next version of DBStract’s report builder, some new features currently being tested include the ability to create a report containing data from multiple tables when using tables that have a link field to combine them.
This works well for displaying a table of customers and seeing all products they have purchased in the past.
